What is JCx?

JCX is a Tabata style HIIT workout that focuses on four areas of fitness. Cardio, Power, Strength and Endurance!

What is a Tabata HIIT workout?

Tabata and HIIT center around intervals of high intensity exercise combined with periods of complete rest.

What will JCX do for me?

The workout is like nothing you have experienced before. We safely combine cardio, weights and sweat-packed fun to burn fat and build muscle.

Is this a class for beginners?

All fitness levels can participate. This class is open to members and non-members.

When does JCx meet?

JCx Fall Schedule 

Monday – Friday at 5:30 AM

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 5:30 PM

Saturday – 9 AM
