What is JCX?

JCX is a Tabata style HIIT workout that focuses on four areas of fitness. Cardio, Power, Strength and Endurance!


What is a Tabata HIIT workout?

A: Tabata and HIIT center around intervals of high intensity exercise combined with periods of complete rest.

Do I need to be a member to take JCX?

A: No! Members and Non-members are welcome.

What will JCX do for me?

A: The workout is like nothing you have experienced before. We safely combine cardio, weights and sweat-packed fun to burn fat and build muscle.

Is this a class for beginners?

A: All fitness levels can participate.
