Our personal trainers have to meet high standards of excellence in exercise physiology, nutrition, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, health screening, and fitness assessments. But most importantly, our personal trainers excel at applying their knowledge to all walks of life, from athletes to seniors. We take a scientific approach to personal training here at the Jungle Club. As it all starts with a Comprehensive Health and Fitness Assessments. We will look at Four Core Competencies, Flexibility, Strength, Conditioning and Diet. This will enable our trainers to develop a custom work out based on your needs.
